Friday Confessions

Happy Friday girls! Only 7 more hours until it is socially acceptable to have a cocktail in your hand. Six if you’re like me and can leave work by 4. 😉  Today per the usual, I’m joining in on Confessional Friday, my favorite Friday link-up over on Leslie’s blog. 

I confess…that I’m super jealous of the 60 and 70 degree days my parents are having in the Charlotte area. This was my OOTD for work earlier this week. We still have a little snow on the ground here so sweaters it is until further notice.

I confess…I am currently loving this cute Antrho top. It is the Sawyer Boatneck top and I think it would be just so perfect for a casual Friday for work.

I confess… I’m also loving this bow back top from Petal Boutique. I love how feminine it is. Isn’t the bow darling?

I confess…that lots of Lilly was added to my closet this week! My Lilly New Year Cheer purchases arrived yesterday. I scored a Somerset dress and two Lanette tops for awesome prices. The very next day, I found the Maria Boatneck sweater in pink on Re-Lilly for a great deal. I’ve been dying for this sweater but my size sold out online really early in the season and the closest Lilly store is not really close at all.

I confess…that I fell asleep during the first two minutes of The Lying Game on Tuesday. Clearly, I also confess that, on occasion, I watch ABC family. I was worn out from work but woke up super disappointed that I didn’t know what happened. Thank goodness for DVR. 

I confess…that I am so homesick. I haven’t been home to the Carolinas since the wedding and I am dying for some Chik-fil-A nuggets with polynesian sauce like nobody’s business. If you can find a way to ship me some, you will be my BFF. 

I confess…that I am obsessed with these monogram shoe clips my sweet cousin got me for Christmas. Mine are black with a gold monogram. I wore them to work with a pair of leopard flats this week and they are just too cute.
