Monday Monday

Happy Monday lovelies! How was everyone’s weekend? Corey and I had a great time!

On Friday we headed to central Jersey to celebrate Corey’s grandmother’s birthday with the family. The food was delicious! On our way down, we caught this picture of this crazy looking sky at sunset.

Saturday we took a long walk then headed to Oktoberfest at Bear Mountain in upstate New York. It was such a fun time and so pretty. We enjoyed great German beer, a giant pretzel, and gorgeous scenery.

Sunday was spent relaxing and getting things in order for the week. I cleaned, did laundry, did my nails, prepped a crockpot dinner for tonight, and made skinny(-ier) chicken parm for dinner. This was delicious btw and husband approved. I always feel a lot better when I am productive for the week ahead.

Any big plans for the week ahead, girls? I’m looking forward to getting my hair cut tomorrow and enjoying the fall weather that seems here to stay in New Jersey.
