Bridal Talk Tuesday: Registry Dream Wish List

Life with Elizabeth

Happy Tuesday girls! I hope you all enjoyed a long weekend! I had a great weekend in New Jersey with Corey. My flight made it in early enough on Friday that we took the boat out with his parents for a sunset cruise and watched a 4th of July weekend kickoff fireworks show. Saturday, we woke up early and updated our Bed, Bath, and Beyond registry and then headed to the beach. Sunday afternoon we did a little work at our new apartment and then had a great dinner with just the two of us. Yesterday was a travel day for me but it went super smoothly (for once!) and I made it home in time to watch the fireworks show in my home town and eat some delicious grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. Today, I am starting my final semester of graduate school! I can’t believe it is almost over!

For Bridal Talk Tuesday today I decided to write about our dream wedding registry wish list. These are the more expensive items we’re dreaming of but aren’t necessarily expecting to receive. But hey, a newly engaged couple can dream, right?

Dyson dc25 Animal Vacuum

 I love that this is lightweight and that the ball design makes it easy to maneuver. We need the pet version because Riley sheds like you wouldn’t believe!

KitchenAid 12-Cup Food Processor

{via}

I already have the pink stand mixer and love it. I definitely feel that I need the food processor to match. I was watching a cooking show this morning while getting ready thinking about all the fun things I could use it for.

Keurig Platinum Single Serve Coffee Maker

Corey’s parents have this and I love it. I definitely wouldn’t toss out my inexpensive traditional coffee maker, but I’d love this for daily use. Especially since Corey and I prefer different flavors of coffee.

Noritake Silver Palace Fine China

{via}

We haven’t added our fine china to our registry yet and probably won’t until after the engagement party but this is currently my favorite pattern of all that we’ve looked at. I love how it is basic in color but sophisticated and elegant in its detailed design. I was also given 24 place settings of my grandmother’s china that is a very similar Noritake pattern with pastel pink and blue flowers. I think these would blend very nicely both in the cabinet and should I ever need to serve a meal for thirty or forty people!

Calphalon Non-Stick 12-piece Cookware Set

{via}

Corey and I have a very good start on cookware. Some of mine is even pink! However, this Calphalon is much higher quality and would be nice since we cook frequently and sometimes need more than one of the same size pot or pan.

Chantilly Sterling Silver Flatware

We didn’t actually add this to our registry so its just a dream wedding gift. My grandmother has given us her wedding silver and it is so gorgeous. I absolutely love what a timeless, elegant pattern this is and would love to add some additional pieces. However, at $750 a place setting, we definitely did not add this to our registry!
