Happy Wednesday, friends! I don’t know about you but I am just dying to break out the spring fashion. I guess its because the days are longer since Sunday? Its not quite warm enough here for short sleeves and dresses yet. Luckily, I found the perfect pink canvas jacket at Loft that just screams spring – while still keeping me warm until the spring weather actually arrives. I saw it when shopping with Corey over the weekend for his business trip but wasn’t going to shell out the money for it. Then, low and behold the very next day my morning Loft email announced a sale on jackets. Yay!
I totally failed at taking outfit photos for my own linkup over the last week. Oops! I blame it on traveling and the sinus infection I’m currently battling. And prepping for sweet Riley’s third birthday. I did have a great time trying on my new blazer, though, and am going to share three ways to style it with you today.
This jacket has the most precious black polka dot lining in the sleeves. So I chose to style it with black and white to accent the polka dots.
Blazer: Loft Striped tee: Loft Pants: Banana Republic Flats: Tory Burch Monogram necklace (hidden behind my phone): Petal Boutique
Here is more of a springy, pastel look.
Blazer: Loft Tee: Lilly Pulitzer lanette Pants: Banana Republic Flats: Cole Haan (with the Nike air soles – so comfy!) Bubble necklace: Townhouse boutique
Here is more of a date night look that could also be appropriate for those of you who work in an office
Blazer: Loft Dress: Express circa 2005ish Bow peep toe heels: Michael Shannon from off-broadway Necklace: J. Crew factory
I love how versatile this blazer is. Which way is your favorite? If you have outfit photos to share, Kerri and I would love it if you would link up below. If not, snap away and we hope you’ll join in next week.
so cute. I am loving blazers!
I love it! I seriously need to find a cute blazer but I am so incredibly picky when it comes to pieces like those. I have a black one that I love, but I want a more "fun" one.
I love how you styled the blazer, but I also love those Khaki colored slacks from Banana! I need a good paper of pants like that, maybe even in multiple colors 😉
